STEM Clubs
Our STEM clubs offer exciting opportunities for students to engage in hands-on learning, exploration, and innovation. These clubs are designed to ignite curiosity, foster collaboration, and provide a space for students to dive deep into various STEM fields. Here are some of the clubs we currently have:
-
Astrowatchers: Join the Astrowatchers club and embark on an exciting journey to explore the wonders of the cosmos. This club is a gateway to the fascinating world of astronomy and space science. Members will have the opportunity to learn about celestial objects, observe the night sky, and delve into the mysteries of the universe.
-
RC Club (Remote Control Cars): For those with a passion for high-speed, remote-controlled vehicles, the RC Club is the place to be. Our club specializes in professional remote control cars, including 10th to 5th scale cars. We meet at the Gateway Mall and Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, providing an ideal setting for racing enthusiasts. Participants will not only learn how to build, rebuild, fix, alter, and upgrade these remarkable machines but can also take part in local races, putting their skills to the test.
-
Tinker Club:The Tinker Club is a monthly gathering of young innovators and inventors. Here, members can unleash their creativity and problem-solving skills through a wide range of hands-on projects and experiments. Whether it's building contraptions, crafting inventions, or experimenting with new ideas, the Tinker Club provides a supportive and inspiring environment for all young minds eager to explore the world of STEM.
-
Custom STEM Clubs: We understand that every student may have unique interests or talents in STEM. If you have a specific STEM-related interest not covered by our existing clubs, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're open to collaborating with you to create a custom STEM club that aligns with your passion and allows you to delve into the areas of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics that fascinate you the most.
